Leading at the executive level comes with relentless pressure. The challenges are complex and often isolating. Every decision feels visible, and there is little space to pause and think.
This six-week executive coaching engagement is designed for senior leaders who want time to step back, reflect, and focus on what matters most while driving results in their role. Delivered through a weekly cadence, the engagement brings structure, clarity, and momentum to leadership that is already high performing and ready to grow stronger, steadier, and more intentional.
This is a one-time offering as I complete the final requirements for my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
If you are actively in role and looking to sharpen focus and accelerate into 2026 with clarity and intention, this engagement creates the space to do that work deliberately.

That’s common. The first meeting includes time to clarify and sharpen your focus.
If helpful, you can review the goal identification questions I often use with clients.
-
The coaching approach is the same. The difference is focus and duration. My longer-term engagements allow for broader and deeper work over time. This engagement is designed to create results around a specific goal within a defined six-week window.
-
This is a one-time, short-format engagement with a fixed scope and duration, offered while I complete the final requirements for my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. My longer-term coaching partnerships are structured differently and designed for sustained development over time.
-
Possibly, but this engagement stands on its own. There is no expectation or obligation to continue.
