Coaching Focus Areas

Transition Coaching
For executives stepping into new or expanded roles. As a result of our work together, you will build trust quickly, clarify priorities, and accelerate your impact from day one.

Leadership Development
For rising leaders with growing scope. You will develop the skills to prepare for what’s next. Things like presence, decision-making, and influence - immediately making you even more effective and readying you for greater responsibility.

Engagement Structure

  • Length: 6 - 12 months

  • Cadence: Meetings are typically every other week

  • Between-meeting access: Clients are welcome to contact me via email, text, or brief phone calls as needed

  • Extensions and retainers: Engagements may be extended in 3-month increments. Retainer arrangements are available after 12 months of regular coaching.

Optional Add-ons

  • Stakeholder interviews (summarized and shared with the client)

  • Sponsor alignment meetings (with client consent)

What’s Not Included

To stay focused on deep, individual work, I do not offer hourly coaching, group coaching, or formal assessments.
