Jessica Kral is an executive coach who helps leaders unlock potential, lead with intention, and create lasting impact. With 25+ years in Fortune 100 companies, including over 10 years as a C-level executive and two as a public company officer, she brings a grounded understanding of leading at the highest levels.

Jessica has led global, diverse teams of 500+ and brings over 20 years of people leadership experience to her coaching work. Her clients value her calm presence, direct insight, and ability to help them think more clearly and act with greater confidence.

She believes real change starts from within: “Results come from behaviors, behaviors come from thinking, and thinking comes from who you are.” Her coaching focuses on the who - who the client is as a person and leader - because that’s where the most meaningful transformation happens.

Jessica works with senior leaders across industries, from nonprofit leaders to public and private company executives, who are navigating transitions, stepping into greater leadership, or investing in their long-term development. Her clients consistently highlight the clarity, insight, and impact they gain through her coaching

Jessica began her formal coaching journey in 2016 and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive & Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her work is informed by over a decade of experience facilitating organizational culture change, including certification in Senn Delaney’s culture-shaping methodology.

A longtime volunteer mentor with Menttium, Jessica is passionate about supporting leaders through growth and transition.

Jessica lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her modern family includes two daughters, two stepchildren, two rescue dogs and one amazing husband. Outside of coaching, she loves reading, trying new restaurants, cooking, traveling, and Formula 1 racing.
